Our backbone infrastructure is fully redundant on all critical components. Should one connection or component fail, we have everything in place to automatically switch over.

We are also well prepared against power surges or power outages. Powerful and redundant battery systems will take over immediately assuring all servers and components will continue to function normal. Diesel powered generators will kick in when needed. Our data centers are equipped with high end cooling systems and are highly secured.

Besides this our network is monitored 24x7. In case of any problem we'll take the according action immediately to solve the issue. Using a special website, you can monitor your own servers and have insight in the status of our backbone and any outstanding issues or planned maintenance.
